How did Summer of Littles get started?
On August 4, 2018, Littles gathered at a handful of venues across the U.S. to meet one another and celebrate our community at the original Summer of Littles event. A year later, over a hundred Littles got together for the Summer of Littles 2 at twenty-one venues around the world. Summer of Littles 3 was sidelined by the pandemic, but since then we have continued to use the first Saturday in August as a day to gather, raise a glass and meet our fellow Littles. When is the Summer of Littles?
Summer of Littles takes place on the first Saturday of August at 5 o’clock local time. Next up: Saturday, August 3, 2024!
Where are the Summer of Littles venues?
There have been Summer of Littles venues in four countries, over half of the fifty U.S. states and in 2021, we began a Virtual Venue for Littles who could not make it to an in-person location. Recruiting of hosts for Summer of Littles 6 will begin in April 2024 and information about venues will be posted on this website beginning in May 2024.
